1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Book Builder (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Book Builder is a web application that helps users create and organize books by integrating with Google Drive and Google Docs. The App enables users to:

  • Create folders and documents within their Google Drive.

  • Organize documents into Books and Chapters.

  • Edit documents directly in Google Docs.

3. User Accounts & Google Integration

  • To use certain features, you must connect a valid Google account.

  • By doing so, you grant the App permission to create and manage files and folders in your Google Drive as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • You remain the owner of your Google Drive content. The App does not claim any ownership rights over your documents.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or accounts.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may disconnect your Google account or stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at https://staceybrasier.com/app-terms with a revised “Last Updated” date.
